Welcome To Vertex

We are a Small Group Personal Training facility in Sudbury, We offer fully coached training sessions to small groups of up 7 depending on the sessions are you in!

Our training is primarily built around Strength and Conditioning, with the aim to build you stronger, fitter, more robust and resilient as a person. We want to give you fitness with zero boundaries, it doesn’t matter if you want to run couch to 5k, lift to be stronger for your health or compete at Hyrox. Our training will cover all bases.

All our training sessions are coached with one our coaches, you’ll be in very capable hands to help progress your training, so that means if you have never used a barbell before, it does not matter. We can teach you everything you need to know and more!

Becoming a member it’s not just about training, we offer full nutrition consults with weekly check in times via face to face, phone call or voice notes to help keep you accountable to your goals.

We are Vertex Pro Fitness.

Community is essential to our core values at Vertex Pro Fitness, we want everyone to feel part of our community, doesn’t matter what your goals are, we are all here to improve on ourselves through fitness, education, strength and support.

Education is something which everyone should look to improve on, regardless of your background. Improving on your knowledge of training and nutrition can help everyone in all aspects of life.

Support, one thing we all need on our journeys. We are all at different points on our own individual journeys so having a support network is important. We have a closed members group in which the coaches and members all interact and help each.

Fitness is a core value as we want to ‘help you reach your peak’. Being fit, stronger and healthier is important to everyone.

Strength as we look to improve our fitness, muscle mass to aid our quality of life.

Our Small Group Personal Training

Small Groups are training sessions with up to 7 people.

Our Engine sessions are up to 20 people.
